Once we receive the dress in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and send you the new dress as soon as we receive the original one.

Please note that all returned dresses must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the dress is not in its original condition.

Orders placed will be shipped within 48 working hrs of payment confirmation. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. 

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

Note:-The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Rest assured, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date during the checkout process, so you know when to expect your package.

Shipping Charges:

In case you do not accept the parcel, the charges towards forward and reverse logistics will not be refunded. Any reattempt for delivery will be additionally chargeable and not covered under delivery TAT mentioned above.
